The Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari is currently meeting with the Adams Oshiomhole led All Progressive Congress National Working Committee.
This is in connection to the political crisis rocking the party in Edo State, the home state of Oshiomhole.
Recall that the APC had last week disqualified the incumbent governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki ffrom contesting the upcoming gubernatorial.
Obaseki is currently weighing various political options before him. He might like cross carpet to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
