Nollywood actress, Monalisa Chinda has hailed her colleague, Funke Akindele who is running for the seat of the Vice President of Lagos State.
As more and more celebrities are camping and showing love for Funke Akindele as the election draws near, Monalisa has declared her support for the mother of two.
Monalisa affirmed that Funke Akindele wouldn’t be held back by social norms or expectations, people’s opinions, or interference.
Hailing her, Monalisa Chinda described Funke Akindele as a powerful woman.
Saluting her, she prayed for her to emerge victorious.

Taking to his Instagram story, Alex Ekubo shared a picture of Funke Akindele and hailed her as a heroine of International Women’s Day because she is consistent. He said Funke is a woman who rises more than she has fallen.
Alex noted that Funke’s life reminds him daily that failure doesn’t define a person’s life. While listing out her unique qualities, Alex noted that Funke has remained consistent for decades in her career an indication that she knows how to strategize to attain success without letting any situation tear her down.
Pitching his tent with Funke on her political journey, Alex said she will succeed on the path because she is the epitome of motivation an African girl child needs to dream bigger. Revealing he is a full Lagos breed, Alex tagged Funke the incoming deputy governor of the state.
Quickly addressing naysayers who have pointed at the political party she belongs to, Alex said he is among those who vote for an individual and not a party. He assured his dear friend that her dreams her hundred percent valid and should not be dismayed by any other candidates.
