President Muhammadu Buhari has bowed to pressure by relieving his service chiefs of their duties.
He has appointed Maj Gen LEO Irabor, as the new Chief of Defense Staff (CDS), Maj Gen I Attahiru as the new Chief of Army Staff, Rear Adm AZ Gambo as the new Chief of Naval Staff, and AVM IO Alao as the new Air Force chief.
The President also congratulated the outgoing Service Chiefs on efforts to bring enduring peace to the country.
