THE Kwara State governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has described as shocking and saddening the death of a 27-year-old Yusuf Mubaarak under hazy circumstances.
The governor, in a statement on Saturday night, said the circumstances surrounding Mubaarak’s death must be investigated by security agencies.
The statement was signed by the governor’s chief press secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye.
