While the inauguration will take place on May 29, post-inauguration Jummat and church services would take place on June 2 and 4, respectively.
A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Gboyega Akosile, noted that the programmes would be held in different parts of the state, particularly the five divisions of Lagos – Ikorodu, Badagry, Ikeja, Lagos Island and Epe.
The programmes include youth carnival and robotic competition for people with disabilities, book launch and photo exhibition, Children’s Day activities, cultural display and an inauguration dinner.
