A former presidential candidate of the National Action Council, Dr Olapade Agoro, is dead.
The news of his death was broken on Sunday by his daughter, Adeola Agoro, on her Facebook page.
The deceased, who was 77 years old before his death, has been drumming up support for the presidential ambition of National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, for the 2023 presidential election.
Agoro was the founder and presidential candidate of the National Action Council (NAC) and also a religious leader being a prominent cleric of an unorthodox churches in Nigeria.
Daughter of the late politician wrote:
Olapade Agoro we are calling you but you’re not answering again. Ha! We said we loved you but you refused to listen.

You have left us like that. It’s not okay o. It’s just not okay. But as you have gone to be with your mother Dorcas Oyejola Asabi, I won’t talk yet.
But this is not fair on me. Baba Deola, you should have looked back a little now…. Ha death you’re wicked!
Agoro was born on October 9, 1943 at Ajibabi Village of Ibadan, Oyo State and contested the presidential election of Nigeria in 2003 and 2007.
